You can take photos of remote iPhone and iPod touch by using the app Paired Camera Shutter.
(1) Make internet-sharing (Wi-Fi or Bluetooth) enable of your iPhone, and connect your iPod touch there.
(2) Launch this App both on iPhone and iPod touch.
(3) You can take a photo of iPod touch by tapping a button on iPhone, and vice versa.
